Who we are
This website is published by the company identified in our legal notice, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, which is responsible for your information. Contact: contact@customteamscarves.com.
Information we collect
When you send a quote request, we receive:
- your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number;
- the name and type of your organization (club, school, company…), the quantity and the date you need;
- your message, your scarf configuration and any logo you attach.
The configurator runs entirely in your browser: nothing is sent until you submit the form.
How we use it

Your quote request is also recorded in our contact management system (CRM), so that we can follow up on your project.
Service providers
Your information is used by our sales and design team. It passes through the following service providers, which act on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website hosting, form processing and analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics);
- Resend (USA): sending the emails related to your request;
- our contact management system (CRM), where quote requests are stored;
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp. Your messages are then handled under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Only the scarf configuration and logo are sent to the factory, without your contact details, once your order is confirmed. Transfers outside the UK are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not lead to an order: 3 years from our last contact.
- Orders and invoices: 6 years, to meet accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Email contact@customteamscarves.com; we reply within one month and will not treat you differently for making a request.
If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the regulator where you live.
California and other US state privacy rights
If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, and to request access to, correction of or deletion of it. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories described above: identifiers (name, email, phone) and commercial information (your quote request and order details). We collect them directly from you, for the purposes listed above.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not collect sensitive personal information. Because we do not track visitors, there is nothing to opt out of; browser signals such as Global Privacy Control are respected by default. To make a request, email us; we may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent.
Children
This website is intended for organizations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website is used: pages viewed, referring site, country, device type and browser, and load times. It sets no cookies, uses no persistent identifier and cannot track you across websites. We only look at the statistics in aggregate and never combine them with other data.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies, for advertising or analytics. A logo you upload to the configurator is kept in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the tab or after you submit your request.
