Free digital proof: you approve it before we make it

Before anything is produced, you receive the final mockup of your scarf within 24 hours. Nothing gets made until you approve it.

What is a digital proof?

A digital proof is the technical mockup of your scarf exactly as it will be made: size, yarn colors, precise placement of the text and logo, pattern and finish. It is the reference document between you and the factory. What you approve on the proof is what you receive.

How the proof process works

  1. Send your request from the online scarf designer or the quote request form, with your logo if you have one.
  2. Our designer builds the proof, adapting your logo to the technique you chose: simplified for knit stitches, vectorized when needed.
  3. You get the proof and your quote by email within 24 business hours.
  4. Request changes or approve. There is no limit on revision rounds.
  5. Production starts after your written approval. Allow 4–6 weeks to delivery.

What your proof shows

  • Front and back views, to scale
  • Yarn or print colors, with their references
  • Dimensions and fringe length
  • How your logo actually looks in the chosen technique
  • An order summary: quantity, add-ons and price

Why the proof matters

Every technique has limits. On custom knit scarves, for example, a logo is reproduced stitch by stitch with a limited number of colors. The proof shows you that real result before production, so there are no surprises on delivery day. Our online designer already gives you a first preview; the proof refines it with a designer’s eye.

Frequently asked questions

Is the digital proof really free?

Yes. The proof and all revisions are included whether or not you end up ordering. You only commit when you approve both the proof and the quote.

How many revisions can I ask for?

As many as it takes for the design to look right to you. In practice, one or two rounds are usually enough.

Will the colors on screen match the finished scarf?

No screen shows yarn colors perfectly, so the proof lists the exact color references we will use. If you have Pantone (PMS) codes for your team colors, send them over and we match the closest yarns.

What file should I send for my logo?

A vector file is best (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF). Otherwise, a sharp PNG or JPG at least 1,000 pixels wide. Our designer can redraw a lower-quality logo.

Who approves the proof for a club or school?

Whoever places the order. If a board, booster club or athletic director needs to sign off, forward them the proof email and reply once you have everyone’s OK.
